Lifetime guarantee with physical MALAIKA VIP CARD MEMBER guarantee card. With the guarantee code on the card, customers can independently check the information on the official Malaika website, including: services performed, treating doctor, technology used, and postoperative treatment history.

Silver Card: 6 months guarantee, the following services get an additional 5% discount or if you recommend a friend you will get 5%. After successfully recommending 5 customers, the card will be upgraded to a Gold Card and become a Work Partner.
6 months guarantee for cases caused by technical errors, stitching, swelling or bruising, as well as imbalance in results.

CARD USAGE GUIDE
MALAIKA VIP CARD MEMBER

1. Check warranty information

Flip the card over and find the QR code.
Use your smartphone to scan the QR code.
Access the link that appears on the screen.

2. Enter the customer ID code

Find the ID code printed on the card (for example: SMALAIKA20250001).
Enter the code correctly in the “Search” column on the website.
Press the Search button.

3. View detailed information

The system will display:
List of services performed.
The treating doctor or expert.
Technology used.
Postoperative care history.
Warranty validity period.

4. Notes

Store the card in a dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
Do not scratch or damage the QR code/ID code.
Contact Malaika Hotline if the card is damaged or lost for replacement.
